Very proud how this multi-family project, THE ROSERY in City of Largo, came out! It’s funny how years of design process boil down to a few photos – hopefully they capture the scale, material, and “feeling” of what was intended for this amenity space. The exterior space design theme was inspired by art deco, which picks up and mirrors some of the interior design elements – I think its coming back in style (or one could hope). The coolest thing is the drone, it’s a blast to fly, and seeing your design that you have looked at for years in plan view documents materialize is extremely satisfying!
