“Timber Creek” development is a single family subdivision in Hillsborough County Fl. Involved from the start, oak groupings were selected to preserve and work the design of this amenity center around. Hardscape materials and landscape planting come together for a very “earthy” aesthetic, with a little color pop coming from the furnishings. The planting scheme consists of a mostly native palette, with a variety of cedars and pines to complement the existing oaks. A specimen 20’ Deodar Cedar is the crown jewel of the planting design. Services included site design and planning, county permit plans, full hardscape, planting, irrigation design, and construction administration services. Additionally, I managed a team of consultants including Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineer, and Pool Engineer.
